Refund policy

All refunds must be returned within 7 days of purchase in original packaging at buyers expense. You must contact us at info.southernfaithshoppe@gmail.com to get a return approval. When your refund is approved we will refund the payment method used at the time of purchase within 5 business days less the cost of shipping. Sale or clearance items will NOT be refunded. Preorders will NOT be refunded until 8 weeks from your purchase date. This allows us time to receive the preordered items and get them shipped to you.
